Passport
Copies
3 color photo copies of your passport.
We'll present these at checkpoints and hotels. You need an extra on hand, just in case you lose your passport.
Birth Certificate
3 photo copies of your birth certificate.
If you lose your passport things get tricky fast. Copies of your birth certificate help with getting a new passport abroad.
Passport photos
2 professional passport sized photos
If you lose your passport, you'll need your official documents + a new set of passport photos. Having a few on hand helps!
Social Security #
Write your social security number on an index card.
If you lose your passport, the pressure is on. Write out your number now to avoid a mistake if we need to apply for a new passport.
Medical Forms
Any medical issues should be reported to EF by Friday May 29th
Check out the Form on your EF dashboard. You write out any allergies or medical conditions.
Tip Money cash/check
Have $110 ready to go by our meeting date.
Every traveler will contribute money to tip our Japanese tour director, bus drivers and local guides. It work about to just over 10 dollar per day.
